As a coach-led club, A1 Pickleball mandates its coaches be NCCP certified, maintain certification through ongoing professional development (both self-guided continuing education and required training), and adhere to ethical standards.

A1 Pickleball coaches are (at minimum):

• NCCP Certified Pickleball Instructor 1
• Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
• High Five trained in Principles of Healthy Child Development

In addition, coaches leading our "Girls-Only" programs have completed training in:

• Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders
• Keeping Girls in Sports
• Coaching Kids of All Abilities
